emc mortgage I call back and ask for the person who left the message by name emc mortgage, I have been tolf no one by that name works there. One individual told me they are using ficticious names on the messages!!!It is kind of funny emc mortgage, but they are demanding I send them a copy of my check emc mortgage, both sides. Well emc mortgage, just how am I supposed to do that if the check is lost somewhere IN THEIR COMPANY. My current position is I will mail a replacement check after they send me a check to cover the 'stop payment fee'& the postage to mail a replacement check.I would appreciate any information about an active class action lawsuit against them. Fannie Mae will make sure that EMC corrects the problem if they are the servic.
